Stefanie, 500 CYT

Hi, I’m Steffanie and I am honored to be a part of your wellness journey. I dabbled in yoga in my teens and early twenties, but nothing really stuck. I always knew I wanted to be in a helping profession, so I earned my Master’s in Psychology in 2006. While working with a wide range of individuals in the mental health field, I personally struggled with anxiety, depression and an overall lack of mindfulness. During one of the first times I practiced Ashtanga with Brittney Crosby, I was able to find a moment (just a moment) of stillness. A moment where my over active mind stopped… and just focused on my breath and the present moment. I continued practicing Ashtanga, because I wanted to continue to heal myself, and others. I received my Reiki II attunement in 2014, but yearned for more. I decided to pursue my 200-hour yoga teacher training. To say that training was transformative would be an understatement. It came at the exact right time in my life. It confirmed my love for yoga and gave me the knowledge and confidence I needed to help others on their self-healing journey. I earned my 200-hour YTT certificate in 2017, and immediately jumped into 300-hour YTT, which was completed in 2018. I will always see myself as a student, and as I continue to study and practice, it would be my greatest privilege to be a part of your healing journey.

You can catch my yin classes Wednesdays 5:30pm & Sundays 11am, in person or virtually!

Maria, Pilates & Barre

During the last eleven years, I have had the pleasure of instructing many amazing humans, ranging from little two years old to the beloved “older and wiser” crowd. My areas of expertise have mainly focused on classical ballet, as well as Graham-style modern, contemporary/lyrical, Irish step, hip-hop, and tap dancing styles. In the last five years I became officially trained in mat-focused Pilates, as well as HIIT and barre classes. Though I had already brought many of those aspects into the warmup portions of my dance classes, it was exciting to begin focusing on the specific fitness areas for an entire class time, and I quickly became passionate about them.

I teach Pilates Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:30pm in person or virtually and Saturdays at 11:30am. & Barre Mondays at 5:30pm & Fridays at 12:30pm

Stay tuned for our new pilates and fusion class coming in June!

Dayana, 200 CYT

Hi there! I am Dayana and my favorite yoga pose is the Tree pose at the beach! What is yours and where? I am passionate about yoga and I feel my life is better balanced since yoga became my go to exercise and the understanding how the practice helps to keep the mind, body and the spirit  balanced, flexible, strong, energized, calm and relaxed on and off the mat. I am a certified yoga teacher from Yoga Den since 2015 and have taken classes from many many different teachers in many different styles. My teaching style is with compassion and gratitude for all students in front of me and the class is about the students and for the student yogis and yoginis! Let’s also learn from each other in this journey together!

Join me on Sundays at 8.30 a.m. for a Conscious Core Flow class synchronized with the Breath, good for your Mind, Body and the Spirit. If you can breathe you can do yoga and when you breathe things are more beautiful!

Jillian, 200 CYT

My yoga path began over 20 years ago in 1998 when I took my very first class at a local dojo in Virginia, karate gear and all. Over the years I have visited many yoga studios as I wanted to improve not just my physical self, but also find more depth with my breathing to help my asthma and overall mindfulness. After years of practicing as a student, I wanted to be able to share the amazing benefits of yoga with others so I decided to earn my Kripalu yoga teaching certificate in 2017 under Deva Parnell. Kripalu aims to join the body and breath awareness, focus inward, and allow yoga to be a moving meditation. I believe we grow with each practice and further develop our true self. I personally still practice being an active student as well for this reason. I presently have certifications with Ayurveda, Creative Kids Yoga, Safety in Yoga, Chakras, Chair Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Pranayama breathwork. I offer classes for all levels as I aim to guide a flow that can be experienced by all body types with variation to encourage beginners and even challenge experienced yogis.

My class is a Kripalu Yoga Flow fit for all levels, every Saturday at 10:00am.

Lauren, 200 RYT

Hey y’all, I’m Lauren! I am a RYT-200, certified yinster, daughter, sister, friend, aunt, nature bug, seeker, bookworm, baker, and more than anything else - human. For many years, as a caregiver and educator I found inspiration in the way kids approach each experience with honesty and reverential joy. I now weave these deep lessons into my yoga teachings. In my class we’ll practice awareness through breathwork and conscious movement to create a supportive space for our own pace to guide the way. Come let your inner sun shine! I’m ever so grateful to share in the practice with others.

I teach a Vinyasa Yoga Flow Mondays 7:15am, Beach Yoga Mondays 6:30pm, Yin Yoga Thursdays 10:30am and Renew & Restore every Tuesday & Thursday.

Marybeth, 200 CYT

My journey with yoga began about 8 years ago.  I was fortunate to join a studio where I was exposed to a variety of practices.  One of those practices was Kundalini.  It validated for me the universal belief that one has to love and care for oneself so one can love and care for others.  It integrated and enhanced my faith and prayer life.  It elevated my sense of well-being and decreased my anxiety.  As I became a more experienced practitioner, I developed a desire to bring the experience to others.  As a teacher, it is my humble duty to  uplift and be a lighthouse for others. Sat Nam!

You can catch my Kundalini class at 8:30am Saturdays. & Once per month I serve yogi tea.

Hanna, 200 CYT

St. Augustine native, born and raised on Vilano beach. I enjoy reading, writing, singing and dancing. A mermaid without her tail, I feel most comfortable near the ocean. Surfing, sailing, fishing, and swimming are all favorite pastimes. My yoga journey began over a decade ago when my mom took me to a Birkram class. It wasn’t until 2020 that I began practicing regularly and fell in love with the flow. A dear friend suggested I embark on a 5 week intensive yoga teacher training program, thus beginning my journey into the realm of the teaching world. I’m honored to be on this path, and learning from my students is the highest reward!

I currently pop in and sub classes! I hope we cross paths soon.
