New Moon Yin Yoga with Reiki, Live Music & A Take Home Crystal Tower

The new moon is the perfect time to turn inward with yin yoga. This 90 minute offering will guide you through a gentle & meditative yin practice, accompanied by reiki energy healing and live ambient guitar. You will also get a crystal tower to take home, a perfect addition for your altar or home meditation. It’s absolutely vital that we make the time for self care, as healing ourselves is the most significant thing we can do to help heal the world.

Pre-registration is recommended as space is limited to 10 participants.

Investment: $40

About the instructors:

Hi, I’m Steffanie and I am honored to be a part of your wellness journey. I dabbled in yoga in my teens and early twenties, but nothing really stuck. I always knew I wanted to be in a helping profession, so I earned my Master’s in Psychology in 2006. While working with a wide range of individuals in the mental health field, I personally struggled with anxiety, depression and an overall lack of mindfulness. During one of the first times I practiced Ashtanga with Brittney Crosby, I was able to find a moment (just a moment) of stillness. A moment where my over active mind stopped… and just focused on my breath and the present moment. I continued practicing Ashtanga, because I wanted to continue to heal myself, and others. I received my Reiki II attunement in 2014, but yearned for more. I decided to pursue my 200-hour yoga teacher training. To say that training was transformative would be an understatement. It came at the exact right time in my life. It confirmed my love for yoga and gave me the knowledge and confidence I needed to help others on their self-healing journey. I earned my 200-hour YTT certificate in 2017, and immediately jumped into 300-hour YTT, which was completed in 2018. I will always see myself as a student, and as I continue to study and practice, it would be my greatest privilege to be a part of your healing journey.

Ryan Mahon, Steffanie’s husband, will be giving you soothing sounds on the guitar.

Live Tapping Immersion & Breathwork

Live Tapping Immersion & Breathwork

Tapping/EFT is an alternative therapeutic modality blending modern psychology, Chinese medicine, and neuroscience. We tap on meridian points (energy pathways) on the body - similar to acupressure/acupuncture, talk through our emotional trauma - as you would in traditional talk therapy, clear stagnant energy, affirm new narratives, and create new neurological pathways in the brain - literally rewiring the brain.

Thus far, Tapping is used to help release anxiety, depression, PTSD and the patterns of fear, doubt, blame, and shame associated with trauma. Tapping is also used to help manage physical pain and distress, with eating disorders and addictions, and weight loss.

When we tap percussively on the body and speak our experiences out loud, we’re making space to heal, transform and create new visions for our life through the love, forgiveness, and acceptance of our past experiences and current circumstances.

In addition, a guided breathwork session will be offered.

Breath-work is sacred practice that is multidimensional. I believe our breath is the bridge to God and breathing is the Holy Spirit moving through us. Through the breath, we have the ability to purify our vessel, clear out painful memories and emotions, connect deeper to our hearts, expand our awareness, regulate our nervous system and ground deeper into our soul truth.

Investment: $44

What to bring:
- A water bottle
- Whatever else you feel you may need to be comfortable.

About Hannah Joy:

I am a Meditation and Emotional Freedom Technique/Tapping Practitioner, inspiring inner evolution in others through self-awareness and creative expression. Our bodies carry wisdom that we can tune into and clear out deep seated emotional blockages and trauma from the root via EFT. When we practice forgiveness, radical acceptance, and unconditional love, we alchemize our way of being from the inside out. Marrying this powerful technique with intuitive meditation practices lays the foundation for dynamic sessions with a gentle groundedness throughout. It is my deepest honor and pleasure to be the space holder and wisdom navigator for you on your healing journey, shifting the planetary consciousness together, so we can live in a happier and peaceful world.

Immersive Brain Retraining Meditation on the Full Moon

Immersive Brain Retraining Meditation on the Full Moon

Illuminate your inner world by igniting all of your senses. Come join us to embark on a multi-sensory guided meditation!

What is Brain Retraining?

Brain retraining is a process that involves actively changing the way your brain functions by rewiring its neural pathways. It is based on the concept of neuroplasticity, which is the brain's ability to adapt and form new connections throughout your life.

Think of your brain as a complex network of connections, much like a web of highways. Over time, certain patterns of thinking, behavior, and emotional responses become deeply ingrained in these neural pathways. Some of these patterns may be beneficial, while others might be limiting or even detrimental to your overall well-being. Brain retraining works by intentionally rewiring these neural pathways, replacing negative or unhelpful patterns with positive, empowering ones that ultimately lead to better mental and physical health.

Brain retraining can be used to address a wide range of challenges and conditions, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, chronic pain, addiction, and more. It can help you break free from negative or self-destructive patterns, reframe limiting beliefs, and develop healthier habits and coping mechanisms.

There are various approaches to brain retraining, including visualization, mindfulness practices, neurofeedback, positive affirmations, and more. We will be igniting our five senses through an immersive visualization meditation. Igniting the senses has been proven as one of the most effective ways to rewire neural networks, and being that it is now backed by science, has become a mainstream method to rewire the brain, not to mention, one of my favorites!

Although the full benefits of brain retraining (healing and reduction or eradication of symptoms) takes time and consistency, the immediate benefits are nothing short of amazing: a deep feeling of relaxation, increased happiness, and a blissful sense of inner peace. So come join us as we embark on a transformative journey together, embracing the exquisite power of our minds.

Investment - $33

What to bring:

-Yoga mat

-Recommend wearing your comfiest of clothes - something you would lounge in!

About Kelly:

I am a certified health coach helping women self-heal chronic illness and anxiety through nervous system regulation. Ten years ago, the sudden onset of chronic illness rocked my world. Trusting our conventional medical system would find me the answers, I did everything I was told to do…but nothing worked. Five years later, after experiencing a humbling spiritual awakening, I learned that all the power I needed in order to heal did not exist outside of me, it existed entirely in me. I dove straight into root cause healing. After radically changing my diet, habits, and overall lifestyle, I felt a lot better, but I was still symptomatic. Curious to know more, I joined a Facebook group that seemed to be in alignment with what I was still experiencing. Little did I know, I joined a group based off of the beautiful world of neuroplasticity. Everyone was speaking my language, they all had the same symptoms, and it clicked - my nervous system was severely dysregulated. I started implementing suggested nervous system exercises and couldn’t believe the amazing benefits I was experiencing. Wanting to learn more, I enrolled in two extensive brain retraining programs, and it was through these programs that I achieved true recovery. Now I officially had the fire in me. Yes, my illness brought on many painful hardships, but I now knew why - so I could help others. Wanting to start my own coaching business, I saw getting certified as a health coach as the next step toward my goal of helping others. I got certified as an integrative health coach at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and soon thereafter started Kelly Nelson Heath offering women 1:1 coaching to self-heal their chronic symptoms and anxiety. This work is truly my greatest passion in life and I’m honored I get to hold space for healing.
