This immersive program offers a transformative 20‑hour journey into Repairative (restorative) yoga, designed to cultivate profound relaxation, self-awareness, and healing. Through guided, long-held poses supported by props, you'll learn techniques that ease nervous system tension, enhance flexibility, and reduce stress. The immersion blends experiential practice with thoughtful instruction—covering breath-work, somatic awareness, and the therapeutic use of yoga props—to deepen the mind–body connection.

Strengthening the Hips Workshop

Learn how to strengthen your hips by engaging the surrounding muscles during and even outside of your yoga class. In this workshop, you will have a better understanding for the disproportionate ways we stress the hip joint and how including simple techniques can lengthen and strengthen the muscles of the hip.
With an emphasis on breathing techniques and meditation, we promote thoughtful and adaptive yoga to boost both physical and mental well-being.
