    Join this workshop on intuition and boundaries as personal wisdom.

    You likely have already looked into boundary setting, listening to you intuition, and all manner of related self-empowerment. You are strong, independent, and somehow...still end up feeling a bit foolish when we are swayed by others requests (implicit or direct).

  • Full Moon Women's Circle

    Participate in a circle where we collectively select a random topic, allowing each person dedicated time to express themselves without receiving responses, advice, or engaging in crosstalk. Embrace your authentic self, share your thoughts, and feel seen and heard.

    A monthly sacred pause to realign, soften, and reconnect with your inner essence. Held on the 1st Sunday of each month, this immersive experience weaves Soundbath & Light Language activation with Brandee Lynn and Gentle Breathwork & Guided Meditation with Caylin Brie.

  • Kirtan & Storytelling

    Friday, May 15th

    We begin by settling into a gentle meditative space, followed by a short introduction to the spirit of kirtan and the meaning behind the mantras.

    Together we will journey through a series of devotional chants inspired by the bhakti tradition- invoking courage, grace, love, and inner stillness.

    No singing experience is needed.

With an emphasis on breathing techniques and meditation, we promote thoughtful and adaptive yoga to boost both physical and mental well-being.
