Now & Zen Studio is a 100% eco-friendly facility designed to be a nurturing and peaceful place, yet provide the necessary space and stimulation needed to recharge as well as build your body and mind. We cater to complete beginners and the more advanced student.

Our outlook and mission is to create a harmonious space that encourages individual growth and an expanded sense of friendship. Nothing is more important than building bonds with yourself and those around you. It makes for a better, healthier, and more engaged community. The ever glowing light in me honors and acknowledges the ever glowing light in you, translating to, Namaste.
