Barre Express
Our traditional Barre class elevated and shortened. Barre is a low-impact, high-intensity workout inspired by ballet, pilates and yoga. Each class includes a centering exercise; guided warmups; a varying sequence of postures (with modifications and variations); pranayama; meditation; and a closing relaxation or yoga nidra.
