What to Expect:
Guided Meditation: Begin the session with a calming meditation, aimed at cultivating a deep sense of gratitude and inner peace.
Restorative Yoga: Enjoy a gentle, restorative yoga flow, designed to release tension and promote relaxation while fostering a sense of appreciation for your body and breath.
Journaling on Gratitude: Reflect on the gifts in your life with a guided journaling session focused on gratitude, helping you connect to the positive aspects of your experiences.
Community Gathering: After the yoga and mindfulness practice, participants are invited to share in a communal tea ceremony, creating a space to foster connection and celebrate together.
