Embark on a holistic journey as we seamlessly blend the fluid movements of yoga with the serene backdrop of the water. Our yoga flow will gently guide you through a rejuvenating hour of mindful poses and breath work, all while balancing atop a stand-up paddleboard.
🗓 When: Saturday, May 18th, from 9:00 to 11:00 AM (Yoga flow will be about an hour, this allows time for set up and play)
🌊 Location: Genung's Fishcamp, nestled along 291 Cubbedge Road.
💰Cost: FREE!
Paddle boards are available to rent, ensuring you have everything you need to immerse yourself in this unique experience. We recommend calling ahead to reserve your board and personal flotation device (PFD) to secure your spot.
Please note, once our class size exceeds five participants, we kindly ask that only individuals equipped with their own anchor join us to maintain a safe and tranquil environment for all. There will be a note added to the description once that happens.
