What is a Cacao Ceremony? Cacao ceremony has its roots in indigenous Mayan culture. It is used to connect with community, ancestor, one’s personal desires and to open the heart.

What is Cacao? A High quality, raw, pure chocolate, medicinal grade drink to open up the heart. This Cacao is ceremonial grade from a small family farm in Ecuador. Plus, who doesn’t love a cup of hot, high quality, chocolate?

What are the benefits? Stress and depression relieving effects, and it is detoxifying to the liver and kidneys. The meaning of the main ingredient in cacao is theobromine which increases the release of dopamine, the pleasure hormone.

What is Ecstatic Dance?

Ecstatic dance is a form of free flow movement where one can surrender to the music and reach ecstatic states of being. A sacred container to dance your prayers and release all feeling of judgment towards yourself and others. It can be described as a sober dance party where new levels of expression are reached by the art of surrender.
