What is a wellness book study?
A wellness book study is a gathering of individuals who are reading the same book and want to explore each chapter, section, or any aspect of the material in more depth. It’s a space for meaningful discussion and reflection on the book's teachings.

Why did we choose Eastern Body, Western Mind?
This book offers a unique blend of Eastern spiritual practices and Western psychology to explore how the energy centers (chakras) influence our physical, emotional, and mental well-being. It’s a thought-provoking guide to understanding our bodies, minds, and the connections between them. We’re excited to dive into its teachings together!
We will meet once a month on the last Sunday of each month, from March through October, from 5:30-7:00 pm.

May 25th ~ Session 3: Chakra Two: Pages 103-164
June 29th ~ Session 4: Chakra Three: Pages 165-220

August 31st ~ Session 6: Chakra Five: Pages 285-336
September 28th ~ Session 7: Chakra Six: Pages 337-389
October 26th ~ Session 8: Chakra Seven: Pages 390-460

We provide bolsters, blankets, and chairs for comfort. Just bring your book, a journal, and a mug for tea.
